Welcome Avatar! Going to try and keep it shorter here. Will do a quick recap of the year (good and bad) and then do the portfolio update quickly. We’re expecting Q1 of 2024 to be extremely busy. We’ll probably combine some of the real estate and stock items into single posts since the message from the bond market and the Fed is clear.
