As a fellow ex FAANG Software Engineer that recently escaped Shawshank, congratulations on your successes and great write up. From the WSPB days up until now, BTB has really helped me focus, stay the course, and get to my exit. Still strange being an unemployed bum, I am working on that. haha
Yes easily the best ROI subscription for sure. I gifted a sub to my kid a few years back as he was entering HS. When he talks about his future and his plans I know he has been absorbing this.
The article clearly shows Bills expertise. Not only a great article on lead generation but anyone with sales experience can see that Bills is well versed in sales psychology as well. Thanks 👍 already saved the article to use as a reference
This was a very detailed article and I'm starting to implement this for my ecom brand as I type this. Thanks for all the valuable info. Wouldn't have been able to find this anywhere online
ive been running leadgen via google ads for a local service biz for a couple years now. and everything you said was legit.
one thing that stood out to me was that you start with max clicks but then instead of moving to max conv, you went straight to pmax after 300+ conversions. this is the first time ive read this as a recommendation. usually the conventional wisdom among PPCers in my paid groups and on reddit is to go max clicks > max conv > pmax if it makes sense after a ton of data. how did you arrive at the strategy you're proposing?
love the content btw, great stuff. im also 100% snatching that automated follow-up text suggestion you made and encouraging my client to let me set it up for them ASAP
Glad you found it helpful. I generally skip the max conv step because I find it performs worse than a pure p max campaign does once you have enough data to feed back into it.
Ofc there’s a lot of variability between niches so it may not be the most optimal step for you, but for the niches that I’m in, it’s the way to go from my experience
Is it just me or does anyone else feel when a fund manager references tax loss harvesting that they’re just losing money and spinning it as a positive?

The hourly accountability automation rocks.
Gotta try it and 2X my rate of execution.
Excellent overview.
Well done
Thank you, Tiger!
Thank you Bills! Going to deep dive on this with our marketing team
Bill should make a substack
