Welcome Avatar! We’re doing an ad hoc post since we’re sure absolutely no one partying out late on Friday/Saturday will read this. Nothing against it, we did all of that during the wild 20s with push up bra Susan, Tequilla shots and the standard 5-7 spots per night.
Light Access
You don’t need to go to Peru to do Ayahuasca/Yage to access part of the spirit realm or improve your intuition & cognitive function. In fact, we’d recommend less than 0.1% of people to try it since you need to be called to do it (IYKYK). You can see the experience here (Source)
Instead we’ve found a way to *juice* your experience here on Earth without going down that deep rabbit hole. If you’ve had some bad luck, people attempting to send you into despair and need a reset this is for you.
A lot of this will be considered “woo woo” and hippie, but it’s really useful if done correctly and doesn’t need to be done daily. If you’re meditating and trying to recharge all the time you’re probably a scammy VC who has been stealing from the upper class to line his own pockets.
First Some Basic Loosening Up
We’re going to use a Navy Seal video to avoid saying that this stuff is reserved for hippies at Coachella. Military and other stressful positions use this technique to loosen up the under the hood muscles/skeletal system

While we doubt your entire body will have this type of reaction, you’ll likely experience shaking and general loss of control of parts of your core. There are hundreds of videos and you can go down the rabbit hole by becoming an expert (similar to people who do tons of Pilates/Yoga)
We’re going to condense this down to just one basic exercise. Since this is going to feel like “woo woo” nonsense, its better to just cut to the most impactful one and get started as a beginner. In fact, we’d argue you don’t even need to go down the rabbit hole, doing this once a quarter or so is more than enough or whenever you’ve got a lot of stressful/tension based issues going on in your life (or going through a traumatic event).
Here is the Basic Floor One to Loosen Your Core - Power Train of the Body
Our rough estimate is that this should be done for about 15 minutes. Since we’re all about Efficiency (still are and always will be), we’d suggest tying this to music as well. Here is a basic 10 minute playlist (just put it on loop).

Simple Set Up and Completion
Suggest doing this before you go to bed since it’s a lot easier. You don’t want to do this after slamming an energy drink, drinking a coffee, using nicotine or after some grueling gym work out.
Instead you want to be in a relaxed state and have the time to simply do nothing but the TRE exercise and listen to the playlist.
Excluding party nights we’re guessing the majority of you have some sort of routine where you shut down electronics and drink some water before going to bed. Therefore easy to tack this on at the end or do it after jumping out of the shower.
Mat or Ground: You don’t need to get into some fancy facility. That said, don’t recommend doing this on your own bed as the sinking into the mat will negatively impact the results. Instead just do it on the hardwood floor/carpet/or a simple Yoga Mat. Do not invest any money into this, if you don’t have a mat just use the floor, it’s not going to make a difference.
2 minutes breathing/stretching: That’s really it. A few huge deep breaths, stretching and maybe some active stretching (movements you’d do 1 minute before a sporting event started - arm swings, light lunges, light twisting motions etc.)
Turn Off Everything: Try to avoid noise in general. You can’t control the entire world but turn off TVs, don’t so it right next to an air conditioning machine and make sure it’s as quiet and relaxed as possible. You can keep a glass of water or something small like that near by as well.
Music and Floor Routine: Pop on the track, make sure it is pretty close to your ears but not blaring loud (best to not use earbuds). Then simply start the floor routine listed in the second YouTube Video above.
Blank Slate and Relax: Since you’re probably a hyper competitive person if you’re reading this, try to relax and let your mind wander. It’s naturally going to go to whatever is causing you the most negativity/stress and you’ll start to go through the core loosening part. Don’t fight anything and try to remain as relaxed as possible. Stiffening up or *purposely* moving your body will defeat the purpose. It’ll feel incredibly weird at first (won’t be as intense as Navy Seal) and then let it ride for about 15 minutes.
If you need to take a break, stretch your legs out, take a sip of water then just repeat the initial beginning steps again.
Three Options
Once you’re done, you can do one of three things:
You can simply do nothing, drink some water go to sleep
You can write down what major question you want answered and schedule a museum trip for the next day
You can try to play some light classical music (this is our favorite general one to use)
Museum
We’ve already mentioned several times that Art will tell you what the answer to your problem is. If you do this negative/TRE cleansing ritual you are going to be in a much more relaxed state of mind before going to the museum. Make sure the question is simple and don’t ask anything overly complicated with 50 different options. It’s one major general/big picture question and that’s it.
After that you already know the drill, ask it once to yourself outloud, deep breath walk in and only look at the art you’re specifically drawn to. Do not go to see specific items just walk around relaxed and you’ll quickly notice a theme which will solve your problem (or tell you what likely happens) with a high hit rate.
Classical
If you don’t have anything burning to ask, just play some classical music (a natural thing to do during downtime) and you might actually solve it with your brain. If not no worries it’ll be good for you anyway.

Good Luck
This post is actually written for someone who had a major event and hopefully he’ll read it. Also a big shout out to the anon person from 3 years ago who got us into TRE. Once again, no need to do this daily. This isn’t some spiritual retreat with constant therapy or anything like that. If you find yourself in a bad mental space or under a lot of stress, just give it a go. Here and there keep it in your back pocket.
Except for Classical, you can blast that all the time since it’s apparently robbery repellant
