San Diego, the capital of casual in the United States is having the most insanely stupid and crazy driving I’ve ever seen on my life. People driving like there’s no tomorrow. Before 10 over the limit was the pace of traffic, now anything under 35 mph over the speed limit makes you get ran off the road. People are behaving more irrationally and car accidents are booming. Hah - I have a one person who is a parallel level role as me who stuck their neck out to take on the "more" responsibility to "get ahead".
Told them in earnest - "I want you to get promoted!" and ego stroked the whole way for when they succeed. I'm the niche operator of one of the profit centers, with a team of specialists I hand built - and intend to keep it that way.
Quick Laptop tip - if forced to go into an office and our concerned about bring your own device - just buy the same model as your work laptop as a personal one.
Reminds me of a family member who volunteered to join the 'ESG committee' at a F100 because he is passionate about the environment and thought it would help him get promoted. lol.
What about targeting the women associated to “normal men”. For example, my gf sends me Instagram ads of men’s clothes she wants to buy for me everyday. Position say a t-shirt or golf shirt for Men, but target it at the women.
Psychology here is to put the woman in power by refining/cleaning/dressing up their boyfriend/husband.
It says right there don't try to sell to men and you're going to create a product selling to men via a woman creating a second filter and reducing returns. Not sure what to tell you

Lol! I laughed when I read this part. My rainmaker has left and I never got invited. While he was there, I got all the benefits and highest ratings, and compensations. Even built a reputation for myself in the whole company. Now? I do minimal but still get recognized as "this guy is amazing!". I've always knew that he never liked me. And I didn't like him also tbh. But managed to get attached to him and make it rain. Good work on my part!

2) see ads in same niche that are converting - hint if willing to place it on yahoo/google that is a good ad because its expensive to run and you better convert if placing ads there
3) copy iterate and make better
Part 3 is like telling someone to play basketball after watching videos and most quit because lazy incompetent and unwilling to work
I'm currently diving into an online workshop by a renowned marketer that a buddy suggested. It's been pretty cool so far, but since I'm a newbie in copywriting and there are plenty of sketchy folks out there, I'd love to hear a different viewpoint.

on the crypto casino topic, I was involved as a writer/marketer/researcher in aDICE/ROUL type of project that never got off the ground after the backer and dev team vanished and I didn't have the network to pull it off. I still have my notes.

Reverse engineer how that marketer convinced you to buy a course on marketing.
Reapply those techniques wherever you can sell a high margin product.
