ATL and Dallas, whew poor you man lol. I will say that for right now, Miami might not be the best move unless you are looking for a sky high rent. The roommate culture is non-existent here compared to NYC and everyone is flooding in. Perhaps consider Tampa if you can.

If you are adamant though, I'd look for places in the Coral Gables area as Brickell is borderline unaffordable and Wynnwood gets dangerous outside of certain blocks.

Great and I hope you love Miami but for the love of GOD, do not vote like you are in Massachusetts and don't act like a Masshole. No offense but you guys, especially your women, are worse than New Yorkers.

Live here now .. i doubt itтАЩs the new Silicon Valley but itтАЩs a very new Miami for sure.. since pandemic influx of people has not stopped and it only increases by the day.. every time I go out I meet someone from NY/NJ/Cali/any very liberal locked down city

Miami seems cool for a solid 3-4 month stint and then may get old? Flashy, gaudy, but the Latin vibe is of course one of a kind.

Nah, I find it pretty chill and not too flashy at all.
